Orders shipped to countries other than Australia and New Zealand have no taxes applied to orders. However, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes deemed payable in your country of delivery. Kapoochi strongly suggests that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to you by Kapoochi. Once a package enters your country, these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Kapoochi will not issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees, refusal or abandonment. If you are not satisfied with the product you received from Kapoochi, we will exchange or refund the item for you, provided it is returned to us at your cost, complete with packaging and any other material, within 14 days. To do this, please use the following procedure... Send us an e-mail. State the reason for the return along with the invoice/receipt number. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Please pack the item in a carton and write the RA# on the top of the box. Return the carton with the returned item inside to: Kapoochi, P. O. Box 5463, Maroochydore BC, Queensland, 4558, Australia. Please be aware that Kapoochi is not responsible for any returned products which become lost in mail. Once Kapoochi has received the returned goods we will either exchange it as per your instructions or refund your money, complete with cost of initial delivery where product ordered was faulty or arrived damaged. |
